Operating Policy

• The kids' pool is available only for children 12 years and under.
  
• For comfortable and safe operations, guests may need to wait when capacity is exceeded.
• All areas of the outdoor swimming pool are non-smoking zones.

Safety

• Diving is prohibited.
• Please warm up before entering the water.
• Sharp or breakable items such as metal, plastic, and glass products are prohibited.
• Use may be restricted due to weather conditions such as rain and strong winds.
• Guests with eye diseases, skin diseases, or other infectious diseases that pose a risk to public health are not permitted to use the facility.
• Swimming pool disinfectants may cause allergies, so guests with related allergies are advised to refrain from use.
• For safe use, please actively cooperate when safety personnel and staff provide guidance.

Photography

• Use may be restricted for commercial photography.
• Underwater photography in the pool and photography inside lockers using photography equipment, including mobile phones, are prohibited.
• Excessive photography that causes inconvenience to other guests may be restricted, so please cooperate.

Attire

• Please refrain from wearing earrings, hairpins, rings, and other items that may cause injury to others.
• Infants under 36 months can use the facility after wearing waterproof diapers.
• Clothing that may bleed color when wet, such as jeans or cotton t-shirts, is not permitted in the swimming pool.
• Swimming caps and hats are recommended.

Equipment

• Only tubes with a diameter of 1m or less are allowed.
• Complimentary children's life jackets and puddle jumpers are available for rental.
• Beach balls, snorkeling equipment, fins, underwater propellers, water guns, and other equipment or toys that may inconvenience other guests are not permitted.

Food & Beverages

• Please refrain from bringing outside food and beverages.
• If you have allergies to specific ingredients, please inform the staff before ordering.

Etiquette

• Please shower before entering the swimming pool.
• If you have applied tanning products such as suntan oil, please cleanse before using the swimming pool.
