Cancellation/modification and no-show policy

• Peak season (May, July, August, 12/24, 12/31)
  - Cancellations and modifications are permitted without penalty up to 7 days prior to the arrival date.
  - 20% of the first night's rate charged for cancellations or changes 6 days to 2 days before check-in (by 6 PM).
  - Cancellations/modifications after 6:00 PM, 2 days prior to arrival, or no-shows incur a cancellation fee of 80% of the first night's rate.
• Off-peak season (periods other than peak season)
  - Cancellations and modifications are permitted without penalty up to 6:00 PM, 1 day prior to the arrival date.
  - Cancellations/modifications after 6:00 PM, 1 day prior to arrival, or no-shows incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the first night's rate.
